  • Once on the page, type in your details such as the email address, full name, phone number, and other details asked by the page; make sure the data you are feeding is the one you used at the time of retaining the account and that it is registered with the app.

  • The app will show you all the accounts that can match up with some parameters of your account. Look for your account. If you have one or have had one at some time in the past and it was not closed or deleted, then you should be able to locate your account.

At the time of logging in, you can select the keep me logged in option to make sure you don’t get logged out again. At the same time, make sure that you log out of all the other devices you are already logged in to.
